Collins signs with Crimson Wave Sprint Football

Louisville, KY – The Calumet College of St. Joseph Sprint Football program have signed defensive end Dennis Collins for the 2025 season.

Collins, of W.E.B. DuBois Academy, plans on majoring in Education and chose CCSJ because, "it was so much hospitality I received from everyone and its nice knowing that someone actually appreciates me and what I have to offer." 

The 5'10 Louisville, Kentucky native says he is looking forward to competing with the best of the best and setting records for the Crimson Wave. He even wanted it to be known that he is going to set records for sacks here at CCSJ.

At W.E.B. DuBois Academy, Collins set the school record for sacks in a season with 15. That placed him in the top-three for sacks amongst anyone in the school district. He was recognized this past season as an all-district team representative.
