In the first game of 2022, the Crimson Wave Men's Basketball team hosted Lincoln College for their first CCAC game in nearly a month. The Crimson Wave battled to stay ahead of the Lynx throughout the game, only down 39-38 at the half. Lincoln College pulled ahead at the beginning of the 2nd half, and CCSJ was unable to come back, losing to the Lynx 78-64.
Travis McBride led the Crimson Wave with 14 points and 1 rebound, Wyatt Hughes had 11 points and 4 rebounds, and Noel Mpie had 10 points, 9 rebounds, and 1 block. The Crimson Wave were 41.3% in Total Field Goals, 33.3% from the arc, and 38.5% from the free-throw line.
