The Crimson Wave Men's Soccer team traveled to Trinity International on Tuesday, and were defeated 6-1.
The Crimson Wave started off the match with a strong defense against TIU, drawing multiple offsides calls and goalkeeper Jose Molina had 3 saves in the first period. CCSJ's Tarrel Mcray scored the first goal of the game in the 35th minute to put the Crimson Wave ahead at the half. In the second period, TIU scored within a minute of starting and from there Trinity International had the momentum to score another 5 goals in those 45 minutes. Jose Molina had a total of 5 saves on the day, and Jose Pacheco and Brenden Melvin both took a shot but were unable to secure a goal.
The Crimson Wave play next at Holy Cross on Saturday Oct. 23rd at 1 PM.
