Wave falls to Trolls despite early lead

WHITING, Ind. – The Calumet College of St. Joseph women's basketball team jumped out to an early lead on Wednesday, Nov. 20 against Trinity Christian College (Ill.), both teams looking for their first Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference win, but they were unable to hold on. The Wave took a 19-16 lead into the second quarter, but the Trolls chipped to eventually take an 80-58 victory. Krystina Barksdale (JR/Merrillville, Ind.) led Calumet with 12 points, while Elizabeth Davis (JR/Houston, Texas) added 11 points.
