Days after the start of the New Year, the Crimson Wave Women's Basketball team took on Lincoln College for their first game in nearly a month and with only 6 players in the rotation for the night. Despite the challenges, the Crimson Wave pushed through and battled to hold the Lynx, but came up short in the 4th quarter, losing 101-62.
Shakeana Clark led the Crimson Wave with 24 points, 2 steals, and 8 rebounds, Zariah Frierson had 18 points with 1 steal and 7 rebounds, and Markeysha Coleman had 15 points with 3 steals, 3 rebounds, and went 3-3 from the free-throw line. The Crimson Wave were 34.7% in Total Field Goals, 16.7% in Total 3-Pointers, and 90% from the free-throw line.
