Esquivel signs with Crimson Wave for 2022-23 Women’s Basketball season

Whiting, IN - Calumet College of St. Joseph Women's Basketball signed Marisa Esquivel, a 5'7 Shooting Guard, for the 2022-23 season. 

Esquivel, a graduate of Griffith High School, received  ICGSA 1st Team Academic All-State and IBCA All-State Honorable Mention honors and was a three-sport athlete while at Griffith. Esquivel plans to study Health Science and chose CCSJ because " I felt like it was the best school for me to grow academically and athletically. CCSJ also gave me the opportunity to continue my career as a basketball player." Esquivel is the sister of CCSJ WBB Sophomore Ariel Esquivel.
