Women’s Bowling places 3rd at Hammer Golden Eagle Invite

Rockford, IL - The Calumet College Women's Bowling team traveled to their first outing of the season at the Hammer Golden Eagle Invite. 

The Crimson Wave had a strong start to day 1 with both the Varsity and JV Women's teams in 2nd place standings. Day 2 was a bit slower as the Varisty Women's team dropped to 3rd place but the JV Women's team remained in 2nd place. 

Piper Plautz led the Crimson Wave for the weekend, finishing in 2nd place. Law'ren Betterson was right behind, finishing in 3rd place. Brooklinn Chavez also finished in the top 10 with a 5th-place finish.
