On Tuesday evening, the Crimson Wave Women's Soccer team hosted the Judson University Eagles and were defeated 9-0. CCSJ came out with a strong defense, but once Judson scored their momentum couldn't be stopped until 70 minutes in when the Crimson Wave were able to slow the Eagle offense and make four shots of their own. The Crimson Wave took 7 shots on the night, but all narrowly missed the goal. Nova Lopez started the game in goal and had 7 saves in the 1st period, and Marcia Keilman finished in goal and had 1 save.
The Crimson Wave Women's Soccer team has a quick turnaround before they play a rescheduled match against Governors State on Thursday, Oct.14th at 1 PM in Crown Point and Saturday, Oct. 16th to host IU-Southbend at 7:30 PM.
