Saturday, the Calumet College Men's Volleyball team hosted Maranatha Baptist University. The Crimson Wave had played MBU the previous weekend at the Viterbo Tri-Meet where the Wave beat the Sabercats 3-0. The Crimson Wave were also coming off of 2 CCAC wins the days prior against Trinity Christian and Viterbo.
The Crimson Wave defeated Maranatha Baptist 3-0 on Saturday, the first set was a 25-10 win, the second set was a 25-21 win, and the third and final set was 25-9. The Crimson Wave were led by Francis Hauze who had 9 kills with just 2 errors, 4 service aces, and 3 digs. Ethan Dawson followed with 7 kills, 2 assists, 2 service aces, and 3 digs. Jacob Moen had 3 kills, 26 assists, 3 service aces, and 3 digs.
