Clark and Frierson led Crimson Wave each with 20 in 72-57 loss to Judson

Saturday, the Crimson Wave Women's Basketball team hosted Judson University in their first CCAC game in more than a week. CCSJ was led by Shakeana Clark and Zariah Frierson who each scored 20 points in the Crimson Wave's 72-57 loss to the Eagles.

The Crimson Wave played a solid 2 Quarters, going into halftime down 39-33, but the Eagles were able to shutdown CCSJ's offense in the 3rd Quarter and kept the Wave to only 6 points. Going into the 4th Quarter, the Crimson Wave were fired up scoring 18 points and keeping Judson to only 12, but the last quarter effort wasn't enough for a comeback.

The Crimson Wave were 37.1% in Total Field Goals, 28.6% from the 3-point line, and 30% from the free-throw line. CCSJ leaders were Clark with 20 points, 2 steals, and 7 rebounds, Frierson with 20 points, 2 assists, and 5 rebounds, and Markeysha Coleman had 7 points, 9 assists, 5 steals, and 4 rebounds.
