COACH'S PERSPECTIVE

"Coming out tonight we didn't know what to expect. The girls have been practicing hard and improving day-by-day, but this is a young team full of undeveloped talent. The girls played hard, stuck with the game plan and came out on top. We are very proud of the way they played tonight and started out the season with a W." – Tim Valenga, Head Coach

WHAT'S NEXT?

Calumet will open Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) play on Thursday, Sept. 5 hosting St. Ambrose University (Iowa). The match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. in the Rittenmeyer Center.
