Wave picks up exciting five-set win behind career performances from Lovato, Northern, Flores
WHITING, Ind. – Three players recorded double-doubles to lead the Calumet College of St. Joseph volleyball team to an exciting five-set win over Mount Mary College (Wis.) in non-conference action on Friday, Oct. 11. Alyssa Lovato (SR/La Junta, Colo.) ran a near flawless offense, finishing the night with an astounding 43 assists. Lovato's go-to attackers, Sincere Northern (SO/Indianapolis, Ind.) and Cassandra Flores (FR/El Paso, Texas), finished the night with 16 and 14 kills, respectively. The trio also added a combined 52 digs, led by a career-high 24 from Northern.
