Crimson Wave Women's Cross Country takes 7th at CCAC Championships
The Crimson Wave Men's and Women's Cross County teams competed at the Chicagoland College Athletics Conference Championships on Saturday in Bourbonnais, IL. The Crimson Wave Women's XC Team was led by Sophomore McKenna Palmer who placed 28th with a time of 21:20.75. Freshman Maya Butler finished after Palmer, placing 44th with a time of 23:48.84, and was followed by Junior Isabel Rocha with a time of 25:03.46 in 50th place and Sophomore Ciera Lee with at time 0f 25:03.47 placing 51st. The Women's XC team placed 7th out of 10 teams overall.
